The FACTS team would like to take this opportunity to thank you for allowing us to offer you and your company our analytical services, in what is now our 18th year of service to the South African food industry. We continue to strive to be an innovative and solution-driven team that provides our clients with reliable results and meaningful interpretations, underpinned by our integrity.

We understand that many of our clients continue to be on the road to recovery, post-2020; for this reason, we will be applying a conservative price increase to our LC-MS/MS allergen-detection method.

Unfortunately, due to the costs of the imported materials required for the ELISA and PCR allergen-detection methods, we will be applying an industry-related increase to those methods.

1^st of July will mark the introduction of our 2022-2023 price increase. For any inquiries, suggestions or concerns regarding the increase or our services, please don’t hesitate to contact us; we appreciate all feedback.
