Things are looking up

Four years back, the industry was in the doldrums.

Today,  there seems to be development in the sector. New properties, suburbs being developed, more confidence in some sector.

Perhaps it is mainly in the Western Cape, but I think not.

Talking to estate agents in Hoedspruit and Pretoria, the demand for and prices of properties is growing.

The rand is strengthening against the dollar, airline capacity is being increased, and with no other empirical data being available, this seems all good to me.
