The correct version of the draft labelling regulations has been published!

This comes more than two months after the incorrect version of the draft regulations (R. 2986) was published on 31 January 2023. The draft regulations indicate proposed changes to the regulations relating to the labelling and advertising of foodstuffs (R. 146/2010 as amended). The new, corrected version is called R. 3287.

It is important to note that we still await the publication of the guidelines to the regulations, and that the deadline for comments to the Department has been extended to 14 July 2023.
